Coopman Search and Selection is celebrating a successful first year in business due to strong network engagement, excellence in service delivery, and a clear strategic direction.
The company has achieved team expansion, network growth and brand recognition, and established important partnerships in the past 12 months.
Directors and Co-founders, Andrew Murphy and Mark Fallon drive business success by exploring new opportunities, thinking ahead and quickly adapting to any challenges that arise.
Since launching in November 2019, Coopman Search and Selection has expanded its team to include an ACCA-qualified Senior Consultant with Big Four training and recruitment experience, and a Marketing Manager who previously worked with a leading Irish law firm. With a highly skilled team in action, the company has expanded its network and increased its brand recognition in the market.

With the onset of Covid-19, the company showed great resilience, flexibility and determination by adapting to changing market circumstances and driving success amid uncertainty.
Director Andrew Murphy added:
“Like many companies, we encountered unexpected and unpredictable challenges due to Covid-19, but we quickly adapted our company strategy and roadmap in response to the external environment. We established a clear direction for the company that incorporated developing our marketing channels, building our team with the right people at the right time, and growing our business identity by aligning our company with initiatives that reflect our brand.”
Over the last year, Coopman has proudly partnered with the Irish Youth Foundation to help support Ireland’s most vulnerable youth, One Tree Planted to support eco-restoration by planting trees for placements made in the financial services industry in Ireland, and Priory GRC Consulting to provide pre-approved control function training and guidance to clients and individuals. The company also lead with a value-add strategy focused on providing useful insights to the market and in recent months launched a financial services podcast and released a guide for employers on managing a remote workforce this winter. Coopman also host webinars and regularly write content on important trends and topics in the market.
