As a proud Certified B-Corporation, we ensure that you have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on society and the environment. For every candidate we place, we plant 10 trees in partnership with One Tree Planted, to offset carbon emissions created by the recruitment process. Our work with our charity partner, the Irish Youth Foundation, allows us to make an impact both through fundraising and providing job-search workshops to vulnerable young people.

Charity Partners
The Irish Youth Foundation speaks up for young people and children from disadvantaged backgrounds and supports them through the key transitions of their lives.
Each year, we run our annual charity incentive to raise vital funds for the Irish Youth Foundation, and we have raised over €7,000 since 2020.
In both 2020 and 2021, we ran 5k a day for 30 days. In 2022, we completed our 4 Peaks challenge.
These funds went directly towards providing a better future for the next generation.

Shelter UK exist to defend the right to a safe home and to fight the devastating impact the housing emergency is having on people and our society.
Our commitment remains steadfast as we attend charitable events such as The Royal Parks Half Marathon and Vertical Rush where we have supported Shelter’s mission.

Each quarter, we plant 10 trees for every candidate we place in different reforestation projects around the world, chosen by our top biller, in an effort to offset the carbon footprint of our recruitment process.

YMCA Ireland provide life enriching opportunities for young people, their families and communities.
We provide both CV and Interview prep workshops for young people to help them succeed in joining the workforce. We are dedicated to providing a better future for the next generation.
