Kimberly completed her undergraduate in Economics and Sociology, followed by a Master’s in Economics. Her educational journey led her to realise that while economics unveiled the mechanics of markets, her true passion was in nurturing and harnessing human potential.
With an understanding of market dynamics and an empathetic understanding of human potential, she can clearly identify and nurture top-tier talent. Kimberly’s role entails guiding the company’s talent acquisition strategy along with aligning HR initiatives and training programmes.
