Data-driven insights to help guide your talent strategy: Placement Analytics Report

Understanding talent trends relating to the search and placement of professionals is critical for employers in an ever-evolving talent market. While it is vital to match the right talent with the right opportunity, the accurate measure of success goes beyond just making a placement; it lies in the longevity of these employment relationships. Understanding how long employees remain in the positions they were placed in offers valuable insights into the effectiveness of the placement process, job satisfaction, and organisational fit, all of which Coopman prioritises significantly.

Coopman has achieved 137 Placements since 2020. The figures within this report display specific data sets from the placement data frame that we used when conducting the analysis. The main goal of this analysis is to discover how long, on average, the people stayed in the placement we arranged.

From a historical point of view, the minimum time that an individual stayed in a position post placement was 3 months, and the maximum 3.7 years, On average the remain rate is 1.58 years. However, a shallow conclusion like this can generate misunderstanding about the real patterns and noise in the historical records. This report delves fully into Coopman’s historical data and relevant business performance insights.
