Zoe has joined Coopman Search and Selection as an Associate Consultant. Get to know Zoe in this spotlight interview covering her experience prior to joining Coopman, her proudest achievement and more.

1) Tell us about your educational and professional experience to date.

I graduated from Technical University of Dublin (TUD) with a BSc (Hons) in Business and Management. This is a 4-year degree in which I majored in accountancy and finance. Throughout my time in TUD, I worked part-time as a brand ambassador with Jameson.

2) How will your previous experience be beneficial to you in your role at Coopman?

My time in Jameson has given me excellent interpersonal skills, while my background in accountancy and finance has given me a basic level of understanding of the industry.

3) Why did you want to join Coopman?

First of all, the people. Everyone I met throughout the interview process were so nice and welcoming, I knew straight away I would enjoy the working environment. Coopman also offers CPD, and the opportunity to continue learning is very enticing to me. Lastly, as Coopman is expanding into new markets, there is an opportunity to travel while furthering my career.

4) What has been your proudest achievement?

My proudest so far has been graduating college with my bachelor’s degree.

5) What is the best piece of advice you ever received?

“Never stop learning.”

6) What are you looking forward to most about working at Coopman?

I am really looking forward to learning and growing with Coopman, while also gaining experience in the world of recruitment, in a fun, friendly environment.
