Credit & Mortgages- Manager

Coopman Search and Selection are partnered with an award-winning, specialist Regulatory Compliance consultancy, who provide expert advice and products to financial institutions, as they look to add a Manager to their growing Credit, Insurance & Mortgages team.
Key responsibilities of the Manager;

  • Provide support to clients with with a variety of Compliance related support, from FCA authorisation applications to auditing and regulatory due diligence
  • Answer clients’ technical queries and provide advisory support;
  • Keep up to date with FCA and industry wide developments to assist clients;
  • Assisting and providing oversight to support the work of more junior members of the team
  • Become a trusted advisor and first point of contact for firms.

Experience and qualities required of the Manager;

  • Working and demonstrable knowledge of the regulations around Insurance and Credit firms
  • Ability to work quickly whilst demonstrating strong attention to detail, a background in consultancy would be preferred;
  • Self-starter attitude to be able to independently work on multiple projects at once;
  • Driven with a growth mentality from both a personal perspective and for the long term growth of the wider business
  • Comfortable solving problems for both internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Experience of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint;
