Associate- Credit & Mortgages

Coopman Search and Selection are partnered with a London based, award-winning, Regulatory Compliance consultancy firm, looking to bring in an Associate to join their Credit & Mortgages team.
  
This opportunity is perfect for a candidate with no more than a couple of years experience who would be looking to build a career in Regulatory Compliance, gaining exposure to Insurance, Consumer Credit and Mortgage firms, in an environment that promotes development and internal progression.
  
Key responsibilities:

  • Reviewing documentation for clients through a regulatory lens
  • Providing support to clients, who will predominantly consist of Insurance, Consumer Credit and Mortgage firms, with FCA license applications
  • Communicating with clients regularly providing answers to technical questions they may have both before and after a submission
  • Keep up to date with Regulatory changes and developments
  • Be the first point of contact for your designated firms and clients

  
Competencies:

  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbally
  • Excellent skills with a full suite of Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt and pick up new skills quickly
  • Good interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and external stakeholders
