Head of Human Resources

Coopman Search and Selection are privileged to be working with a Dublin based aircraft leasing company who are looking to hire a Head of Human Resources Manager on a permanent basis to work closely with their executive team.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives in performance management, employee rewards, and talent development for all levels, from early-career professionals to senior executives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards while enhancing internal HR processes.
  • Provide strategic, commercially focused HR advice to support organizational goals.
  • Oversee critical HR functions, including payroll, benefits, and reporting.
  • Manage HR data and systems to ensure accurate, accessible information for decision-making.
  • Lead and deliver impactful people-focused projects and initiatives.

  
Core Competencies:

  • Proven experience in a strategic HR role, ideally in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Expertise in core HR areas such as performance management, employee relations, reward structures, and talent development.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from initiation to completion, delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong eye for detail and a focus on compliance.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • A recognized HR qualification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable.
