Compliance Associate- Financial Promotions

We are currently supporting a regulated Crypto exchange as they continue to grow the advisory side of their business by bringing an Associate/Senior Associate to the existing function. Within the role you will be supporting other Crypto firms with Compliance related activities, focusing on the approval of Financial Promotions and assistance with onboarding
  
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Be a primary point of contact for clients for any queries relating to Financial Promotions
• Advising firms of emerging regulations around their marketing materials and travel rules
• Assisting the business’ Compliance team with monitoring reviews relevant to any outgoing marketing materials
• Providing training to clients around their obligations in relation to Financial Promotions
• Supporting firms with the onboarding of new clients from a KYC/AML perspective and advising on relevant documentation required

  
Knowledge, Technical Skills & Competencies required:

• Knowledge of FCA regulations specific to Financial Promotions, ideally from a Crypto perspective, but a background in Investments would also be considered
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail for correspondence with clients
• Ability to work both independently and as part of team, working unsupervised and using initiative where necessary
• At Senior Associate level, relevant experience is a must, at Associate level, a relevant Degree or industry qualifications will be considered
